Due to the evolving international sanctions regime and the events in Ukraine, Micro Focus has suspended our business operations in Russia and Belarus effective immediately. Micro Focus will continue to comply with all applicable sanctions and to behave in a responsible and ethical manner everywhere we do business. As a result, the following are effective as of 8 March 2022:

• All orders for any customer located in Russia or Belarus (including local affiliates of non-Russian or Belarusian customers) are prohibited.
• All entitlements, service, maintenance and support contracts, subscriptions, etc. for customers/affiliates in Russia or Belarus are suspended.
• Any development work currently being performed in Russia and/or Belarus is also suspended.

In addition, our Russia based team members have been placed on paid leave with immediate effect.
